HTC Thunderbolt it is a CDMA/LTE700 phone. The SIM slot it is used for LTE (NOT for GSM). Although unlocked, your Thunderbolt will not work with standard GSM networks (e.g. AT&T, T-Mobile,..)!
We have codes for Thunderbolt; anyway for the moment there are no LTE networks available in US. AT&T is planning to start implementing LTE in US in the end of this year.
If still you want to unlock your Thunderbolt please add a support ticket and we'll process your order manually.

Your phone is not supporting GSM networks. There is no unlocking option that can enable this on a Thunderbolt because this is not a carrier restriction or a software thing. It is a hardware thing.
i wasnt to unlock my thunderbolt, but can't seem to find it in the model type drag down, i seen that ya'll had to do it manually and i needed to send something. could you please tell me exactly what to do, to have it unlocked and if i use another local carrier am i still able to have a data package on it?

Dear Amber,
I hope you've read that Thunderbolt is not a GSM phone. In what network do you intend to use your phone?
